Film extrusion is the first production unit of this company in which using co-extrusion technology, high and lowdensity multipurpose polyethylene is converted into single and multilayer films with thickness range of 20 to 250 microns and maximum width of 2600 millimeters. In this process, our specialists produce multilayer film with special properties due to adding various materials with specified percent in each layer.

The company’s film production unit operates five state-of-the-art, three-layer polyethylene blown film production lines, utilizing the latest global technology. The multiple inputs for each layer, combined with a fully automated material suction system based on production formulations with an accuracy of 0.1%, ensure the production of a perfectly uniform film. These machines are equipped with a thickness control system that produces films with minimal deviation. The features available on the winders, such as motor power adjustment, pressure change system according to the roll diameter, banana rollers, unwinders, contact and non-contact winding, edge control, scrap removal system, and more, enable us to provide our customers with perfectly smooth film rolls, free of wrinkles and with optimal winding.
Given the critical importance of cooling conditions in the blown film process, the production hall is equipped with a temperature control system, monitored by the Facilities Department. This department, through precise design and execution in line with technical and engineering standards, fully meets the needs of the production lines.
Film production is carried out according to customer orders registered in the company’s production control software. Once the film is produced, the roll’s details are recorded in the software. This software assigns a unique number and barcode to each roll, and since the system is web-based, it allows us to track the roll anywhere at any time. After labeling, the roll is transferred to the packaging unit.
To prevent dust accumulation and maintain cleanliness in the production halls, all transport within the halls is carried out using electric forklifts.
