Customer’s idea is our guideline for using various types of colors in printing. At our facilities, formula of color is analyzed by a spectrophotometer and tested by a print proofer in laboratory scale. Finally, the intended color is made automatically and consequently, it presents customer’s expects, art of designer and capability of print machine. The company’s printing unit is equipped with three flexographic printing machines, utilizing the latest technology. The high speed of the machines, viscosity control system, automatic print adjustment, and exceptionally precise register adjustment allow for high-quality printing. Additional features such as the ability to use high-resolution printing plates for on-site print inspection during production, film tension adjustment, cutting and scrap removal system, edge control, re-application of corona treatment, and the option to print on the underside or top side of the film, as well as the ability to wind the printed film either inside or outside the roll, enable us to be one of the leading companies in the flexographic printing industry.

Printing Unit Laboratory
The specific color requested by the customer is analyzed in the Printing Unit Laboratory using a spectrophotometer. The color is then tested in a laboratory-scale print test using a color testing device. Once the color formulation is approved, it is transferred to the color distribution machine through a computerized system. The required amount of color for the printing order is produced automatically, ensuring precise measurements without any weighing errors. These advanced capabilities allow us to achieve a wide range of color spectrums with high accuracy.
Ink Distribution Unit
All inks required for printing packaging materials are dispensed in precise amounts according to the order specifications. This process is fully automated and error-free, as the ink formulation and quantity are defined and handled by the ink distribution machine.

Plate Mounting Machine
The process of mounting printing plates onto the cylinder is carried out using a specialized machine, ensuring perfect alignment with minimal error. This results in superior print quality with optimal precision.
Solvent Recycling Machine
In line with environmental considerations and optimal resource utilization, the solvents recovered from the printing process are reactivated and returned to the production cycle through a solvent recycling machine.

Anilox Roller Cleaning Machine
The anilox rollers, which transfer ink to the printing plates via tiny cells, are considered the heart of the printing unit. To maintain the quality of these rollers, and thus the print quality of the final product, they are cleaned using a specialized cleaning machine. This process prevents potential human error and ensures thorough cleaning, avoiding any damage or insufficient cleaning from manual methods.
