Sealing and Cutting

We believe that a product we supply to the customer is a symbol of our group, so the process which raw materials go through in order to transform into the end product, is controlled every moment in Pak Plastic plant. Modern seam sealing and cutting equipment enable us to produce accurately at highest levels of quality and rapidity.

Cutting

This unit completes the previous production processes. In this stage, the large and wide rolls produced in earlier units are cut into smaller rolls with the diameter and width specified by the customer. The company operates three cutting machines, capable of cutting to the smallest widths while ensuring perfectly uniform winding. These machines also eliminate static charges on the film and adjust tension changes as the roll diameter increases.

Sealing

This unit is equipped with 17 sealing machines and 1 folding machine, allowing for the production of a wide range of products.

Open-bottom bags with handles inserted in the gusset
Vertical or horizontal perforation and cutting lines
Air vent to ease filling the package
Wicketed bags for high-speed automatic filling machines
Wicketed poultry bags for high-speed automatic filling machines
Adhesive-sealed bags
Double sealing for high-strength bags

Bottom-sealed gusseted bags with the following conditions:

Tube Width: Maximum 1200 mm
Bag Width: Maximum 1050 mm
Gusset Width: Maximum half the width of the bag
Bag Length: Maximum 2500 mm
